Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please ensure the following:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item is not a final sale, clearance, or customized item (these are non-exchangeable).

2. How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us at gearupmobile@outlook.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and the new size or item you’d like.
  • We will review your request and provide further instructions on shipping the item back.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange within  5-7 business days.

3. Exchange Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For size or style exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and approved.

4. Out-of-Stock Items

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you may choose between a store credit or a refund (if applicable).

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
  • Customized or personalized shoes.
