1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item is not a final sale, clearance, or customized item (these are non-returnable).

2. How to Request a Return

  • We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.

3. Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For change-of-mind or size-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees and any applicable handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If preferred, a store credit can be issued instead of a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
  • Customized or personalized shoes.
